He knows how to position your company in a crowded market and how to coach owners into becoming stronger leaders in the process. With Mike, there’s no room or time for sugarcoating. Meet Jim Clark
Jim started his career as a sales engineer, then built an environmental consulting company focused on indoor air quality. When contractors didn’t meet his standards, he bought his own HVAC business to do it right. Over 12 years, he grew that HVAC company from the ground up into an 8-figure operation with 93 employees and eventually sold it for 8 figures. With razor-sharp precision, Jim can cut straight to the root of a problem. He brings rare operational and financial mastery. In the process, he helps owners step fully into the role of an intentional, strategic leader.
